Add a user to GoFileRoom

If you have administrative privileges, you can add a new user to GoFileRoom.
  1. In GoFileRoom, select
    Administration
    , then
    Manage Users & Groups
    .
  2. On the Users tab, select
    Add New User
    from the
    Select User
    field.
  3. Enter the user information in the provided fields and mark to enable permissions for FirmFlow, administrative tools, and Engagement Manager, if necessary.
  4. Add the user to any appropriate groups by selecting items in the Groups pane and select the right arrow button. The selected groups will show in the Member of pane.
    If a user belongs to multiple groups, they'll have access privileges of the most restrictive group.
  5. Select
    Save
    to add the new user to the database.
After you've added users to GoFileRoom, you'll want to assign them permissions.
