Add and edit sign-offs
You can sign off a step by adding your initials and date in the Performed by column of a procedure form.
Open the form in completion view.
Go to the step you want to sign off and select it.
You can sign off the step two ways:
Right-click in the N/A/Performed by column and select
Sign Off Step
or
N/A
.
Select the
Signoff
icon
in the table header and then select
Sign Off Step
or
N/A
.
To edit a sign off, select the sign off, right-click or select the
Signoff
icon
, and then choose
Edit Sign Off Step
.
To delete a sign off, select the sign off, right-click, and then choose
Delete Sign Off Step
.
