Add and edit sign-offs

You can sign off a step by adding your initials and date in the Performed by column of a procedure form.
  1. Open the form in completion view.
  2. Go to the step you want to sign off and select it.
  3. You can sign off the step two ways:
    1. Right-click in the N/A/Performed by column and select
      Sign Off Step
      or
      N/A
      .
    2. Select the
      Signoff
      icon in the table header and then select
      Sign Off Step
      or
      N/A
      .
  4. To edit a sign off, select the sign off, right-click or select the
    Signoff
    icon , and then choose
    Edit Sign Off Step
    .
  5. To delete a sign off, select the sign off, right-click, and then choose
    Delete Sign Off Step
    .
