Manage engagements

Close engagements

You can close completed engagements to remove them from the engagement dashboard.
  1. Sign in to Engagement Manager, select
    Actions
     for the engagement you want to close on the
    Engagement dashboard
     screen.
  2. Select
    Close
     to close the engagement you selected.
