Save an engagement as a PDF

Before saving an engagement as a PDF, make sure to check in all workpapers so that they are included in the PDF.
  1. In Engagement Manager, open the engagement you want to save and select
    Administration
    , then
    Send To PDF
    .
  2. Tick the checkboxes for the options you want to use when you create the PDF, then select
    Next
    .
  3. Tick the checkboxes for the security options you want to use and set up passwords, then select
    Next
    .
  4. Select the options to save the PDF to your computer, save it to GoFileRoom, or both.
    If saving to GoFileRoom, select indexes and description for the file.
  5. Select
    Done
     to create and save the PDF.
