Engagement Manager 16 January, 2026 release notes

Audit Intelligence Test

  • Bank statement findings — easier navigation:
     When multiple amounts are cleared on the same statement, the document viewer now opens on the first match and provides Next/Previous controls so you can move through each cleared amount without leaving the view.
  • Availability expanded: AI Test Modular
     is now available for purchase and use by Guided Assurance stand alone firms.
  • Enhanced performance improvements now produce test results more quickly, improving overall workflow speed.

Audit Intelligence Analyze

  • Guided Assurance Standalone Integration – GA standalone customers
     can now purchase AIA modular license
  • In addition to AIA-M features, the GA standalone customers will be able to use the communications feature to send/receive document requests to their clients
  • The upload and share portion of the AIA request microsite has been upgraded to improve user instructions
  • The performance of revenue and journal entry modules of AIA has been boosted to reduce analysis run-times

Engagement Manager

General enhancements
  • Export Report Documents to PDF
    Addressed an error that occurred when exporting report documents to PDF from the workpapers tab using right-click.
  • Send To PDF Cancel Button Restored
    Resolved an issue where the Cancel button was not displayed during the Send To PDF process in Engagement Administration. Users can now see and use the Cancel button as expected while PDF generation is in progress.
  • Complete User List in Assigned To Field for Notes
    Fixed an issue that prevented all users from appearing in the "Assigned to" dropdown when adding notes. The full list of assignable users is now visible.
