Audit Intelligence Test

New product
The new Audit Intelligence Test within Engagement Manager streamlines traditionally manual processes, including sample tracing, matching, and documentation. Its cash validation functionality confirms the collection of samples by reconciling them with bank statements, while its supporting evidence features match samples with evidence such as invoices and shipping documents. For further information, please contact your sales representative.

Audit Intelligence Analyze

Modular
The development of the Modular version of Audit Intelligence Analyze is complete. The product will be available for purchase to new customers once the commercial systems integration goes live on November 3, 2025.
Upload and Share 3.0
  • ‘Upload and Share’ now supports data uploads from generic accounting packages.
  • The supported accounting packages list has been expanded.
  • List of accounting packages that support both a direct connection and Upload and Share has been expanded.
General enhancements
  • Corrected token display after adding a new subscription, with the Unit Balance now showing only the new subscription token balance.
  • The Ledger Request title now blocks special characters, prompting a clear error to edit and save.
  • Improved AI Analyze Trial Balance error messages for various conditions.

Engagement Manager

New 'Divisions by Column' Report Types
  • Introducing three new report types—Account Grouping, Trial Balance, and Tax Code: Divisions by Column—available from the Create Report wizard in the workpapers tab.
  • These reports are only available for divisional structured engagements when the appropriate mask is set in Engagement Properties.
  • The Tax Code Divisions by column report is available only for US engagements when Tax information is selected during engagement setup.
  • New Columnar view: Select all or specific divisions and control column order in the wizard. When inserting balances, each selected balance type renders as a group with the selected divisions in columns (side-by-side) within that balance group.
  • Optional totals: Choose to display division totals alongside each balance group.
  • Existing options: Format selections, include unassigned codes, include journal entry details, and accounts with zero balance remain available.
  • Report tools: Refresh, Save As, Print, Export and other tools remain available.
Reschedule of New Engagement Manager Add-in release
We are adjusting the New Add-in release by approximately two weeks to ensure the best possible experience. The new release date will be confirmed shortly. Thank you for your understanding.

  • An updated version of the current EM Add-in is now available. Download and install the latest version from
    Setup
    Downloads
    in Engagement Manager.
  • This update prevents user-defined columns from changing fonts during Recalculate. It also implements alerts for non-supported features, such as the new report types.
External API’s
  • An endpoint was added for editing Account groupings for an engagement.
  • An endpoint for retrieving the workpapers tree view data for an engagement.

General enhancements

New Journal Entries
  • Implemented a Workpaper Reference filter in the JE grid to search by reference, sort ascending/descending, and apply selections to update results.
  • Optimized JE account search to eliminate timeouts and errors, especially for engagements with large accounts sets.
Trial Balance
Ensured filtering and exporting TB data completes successfully for engagements with 50K+ accounts.
General functionality and performance upgrades
  • Modernized code with improved performance and stability across notifications, user preference saving, user management, and engagement ID handling.
  • Moving multiple workpapers to the recycle bin is now faster and keeps your view anchored (no screen 'bounce'), improving performance and usability.
  • Fixed an issue where 'Mark as read' was not working when selected notifications across pages.
  • Resolved slight misalignment between the client name, number and the engagement name in the breadcrumb.
  • Removed the Link Inflo from the workpapers toolbar for firms that are not already integrated. Firms already linked remain fully supported to integration.
Removal of Email as Multi-Factor Authentication option
  • On November 14, 2025, the Email option for MFA will be removed from 'Try another method' list at sign-in.
  • If you currently use Email for MFA, please set up an alternative factor before this date.
  • Users will continue signing in with their email and password and will be prompted with their existing default MFA method (e.g., biometrics, Auth0 Guardian, OTP Authenticator app, or Phone/SMS code).
