Engagement Manager
We resolved an issue that prevented users from uploading workpapers using the Add Workpaper Wizard or the drag-and-drop method. This issue occurred when the workpaper title included special characters, such as ampersands (&) and single or double quotation marks (‘ “), causing an infinite loading icon to appear.
Please note that when using Windows, certain characters (\ / : * ? " <>) are automatically restricted from file names.
