Engagement Manager

  • This fix addresses an issue where formulas were not recalculated after uninstalling the old add-in and using only the new add-in. Users can now rely on the new add-in and recalculate workpapers to display their data.
  • We've also ensured compatibility through an updated version of the old add-in for users who continue to use it. Please avoid using both add-ins simultaneously.
New add-in
  • The update will apply automatically if it's already installed, or when installing from the Microsoft Store.
  • On first login and when opening a workpaper, formulas may initially appear as "#AfText" or "#Name?". Select the
    Recalculate
     button and the formulas will display correctly.
  • Be sure to save the workpaper so these changes are retained.
Old add-in
  • An update to version 25.4 is required to ensure formula compatibility with the new add-in (for example, when team members using different add-ins insert formulas on the same workpaper).

     in Engagement Manager.
