  • Trial Balance
    • Improved stability of custom views and exports, ensuring your layouts display correctly and consolidated engagement exports work as expected.
    • Enhanced dropdown accuracy and column resizing behavior to improve readability and usability.
    • Improved notification messages to provide clearer, more consistent information when issues occur.
  • Web Add-in
    • Enhanced engagement selection dropdowns and screen space in the Excel Add-in.
    • Added support for cross-engagement formulas in consolidated engagements to enable more flexible reporting.
    • Fixed issues affecting engagement selection dropdowns in Custom Excel workpapers.
    • The note list panel in the web office addins will make each note expandable to view the detailed text.
  • Divisional Enhancements
    • Adding the ability to hide the division section of the account numbers when generating reports, or inserting the account number formulas into Office Documents. This will only be available in the new web addin.
    • Ability to import data into the Setup / Divisions screen in divisional structure engagements.
  • General Enhancements
    • Prevented document conflicts and potential data loss by improving how documents are handled when checked out.
    • Made it easier to clean up engagements in bulk from the recycle bin.
    • Improved keyboard navigation between engagement tabs for a smoother and more accessible workflow.
    • Fixed issues that could block engagement finalization, ensuring audit processes can be completed successfully—even when documents are marked for deletion.

Coming soon

  • We will be removing support for the legacy COM Add-in version of the Microsoft Office Add-in for Engagement Manager soon (Date to be determined.)
    The new Web Add-in offers significant advantages: no registry entries or local files required, no separate 32-bit and 64-bit installers, and automatic updates that eliminate the need to reinstall on each computer. New Divisional and Consolidation features, along with the enhanced notes interface and journal entry shortcuts, will only be available in the Web Add-in. Please uninstall the legacy COM Add-in from Windows Control Panel before installing the new Web Add-in.
