Enhancements
New GoFileRoom UI: Browser Autofill Disabled on Input Fields
We have updated GoFileRoom to prevent browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) from automatically populating input fields with previously saved values. Browser autofill suppression has been applied to New GoFileRoom UI input fields across key areas of the application where autofill doesn't serve a purpose, improving data entry accuracy and reducing the risk of unintended submission of sensitive or outdated information.

User Management: Portal User Checkbox Visibility in Edit User Page
We have addressed an issue in the
Manage Users and Groups
section where the "Portal user
" checkbox was missing from the User administration type area on the Edit User
page. This fix restores the "Portal user
" checkbox alongside "Internal user
," ensuring administrators can accurately view and manage user administration types when editing user details.ClientFlow User: Client Names and Numbers Truncated in Grid and Excel Export
We have addressed an issue with ClientFlow where client names and numbers were not fully displayed in the grid view or in exported Excel files. Previously, longer client names and numbers appeared truncated.
GoFileRoom + ClientFlow Integration
We've resolved an issue where document folders would not load/display in the client's NetClient / ClientFlow, which happened when the ClientFlow user was created in GoFileRoom's New Administration UI. Users created through this process can now complete NetClient registration and see their folders load correctly, consistent with existing account behavior.
Administration: Service Accounts
We've resolved an issue where a service account's group memberships could fail to save or persist, even after receiving a "User saved" confirmation message.
Document Explorer: Edit Button Grayed Out for Users with Edit Permissions
We have addressed a recurring issue where certain users with valid Edit permissions saw the
Edit
button grayed out next to documents in Document Explorer
, despite having correct access rights. We have implemented safeguards to prevent this issue from recurring, ensuring the Edit
button reliably reflects each user's actual permissions.Document Search: Reindexing Multiple Documents
We have resolved an issue where users were unable to reindex multiple documents at once in the
Clients
drawer. Previously, attempting to select and reindex multiple documents would result in an error, allowing only one document to be reindexed at a time.Document Search: Grid Expands to Use Full Screen Space
We have resolved an issue where the Document Search grid did not expand to utilize all available screen space when the index value list was collapsed. With this fix, the grid now automatically expands to fill the available space when the index list is collapsed, improving usability for document search, particularly for users transitioning from Classic Search.
