Make the current year figures bold in Accounts Production Advanced
- Amend theValuecolumn style:
- Run the report.
- Right-click on the turnover in the current year and selectEdit Style, thenValue columnfrom the context menu.
- In theEdit Style Setwindow, select theFonttab.
- SelectB.The Effects box will show the style asColumns + Font Style: +bold.
- SelectOKto return to the report.noteOnly certain numbers in the current year will be bold. It's likely that totals won't appear in bold.
- Change the font style of theTotal Rows:
- Right-click on aTotal Rowvalue that's not in bold in the current year and selectEdit style, thenTotal Rowfrom the context menu.
- In the report tree of theEdit Style Setwindow, selectTotal Rows.
- Right-click the wordsTotal Rows, then selectRevert To Parent Style.
- SelectOK.noteThe report will update.
- Format the columns that don't need to be bold:
- View the report.
- Right-click where there's bold that you don't need, then selectHighlight in report structurefrom the context menu.
- In the report structure, right-click over the highlighted template in the report structure, then selectViewfrom the context menu.
- SelectDesignto view the template into Design mode.
- On the report, double-click on the table.
- In theDesign Smart Tablewindow, point to the column where you need to remove bold, right-click, and selectFormat, thenColumnfrom the context menu.
- In theColumn Propertieswindow, selectBin the Effects box, then selectBagain to remove bold.
- SelectOK, thenOKagain to return to the report element template.
- SelectPreview.
- Repeat for each column that you don't want to be bold.
