Prepare dormant accounts with Accounts Production Advanced

Create the client in
Accounts Production Advanced
 and produce FRS 102 Dormant Financial Statements ready to file at Companies House.
  1. Create the client in
    Accounts Production Advanced
     with the UK FRS102 template.
  2. Open the client in
    Accounts Production Advanced
    .
  3. Select the
    Disclosure
     tab.
  4. Select the
    Financial Period Information and Exemptions
     link under the General heading.
  5. Select
    Non-Trading
    , then use the drop-down list to state whether the entity has previously traded.
  6. Select
    OK
    .
  7. Select the
    Audit Exemptions
     link from under the Auditors' Report heading.
  8. Select the
    Exempt from the audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies
     checkbox.
  9. Select
    OK
    .
  10. Select the
    Reports
     tab.
  11. Double-click
    FRS 102 Dormant Financial Statements
    .
  12. Produce the accounts to file.
  13. Select
    Export Report to XML Formats
    , then
    XHMTL with embedded iXBRL
    .
