Error: iXBRL Warning — no hypercube associated with concept in Accounts Production Advanced

Scenario

You may get the following error message when you open a client report in Accounts Production Advanced
Error message
There is no hypercube associated with the concept bus:NameEntityOfficer which can have the following dimensions and values: bus:EntityOfficersDimension = bus:AllEntityOfficers

Cause

The likely cause of this error is that an officer
Type
 is missing for one or more of the officers.

Solution

  1. Select the
    Summary
     tab.
  2. In the Client Details section, select the
    Officers
     link.
  3. Double-click on an officer.
  4. Make sure that an officer type is entered in the
    Type
     field.
  5. Select
    OK
    .
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for each officer listed.
  7. When you've checked all officers have a
    Type
    , select
    OK
     in the Officers window.
  8. Select the
    Reports
     tab to check that you've solved the error.
