Errors
FRS 102 client figures are not imported from Accounts Product Advanced into Corporation Tax
Scenario
When you import amounts for an FRS 102 client from Accounts Production Advanced into Corporation Tax, you'll see an Import Summary Report.
Solution 1: If Turnover and Profit/(Loss) before tax lines are missing from the Import Summary report
Open the client in Corporation Tax.
Select
Company Details
.
Select the
Status
tab.
Make sure the
Corporate Status
is not set to
Investment
.
Solution 2: If the Fixed Asset lines are missing from the Import Summary report
Open the client in Corporation Tax.
Select
Add/Remove Schedules
.
Make sure that the Fixed Asset Reconciliation Summary is shown on the right side. If it is on the left, select it, then select
Move
.
Solution 3: If the Fixed Asset lines are displayed, but all zero
Make sure there are fixed asset postings for the client in Accounts Production Advanced.
Make sure the client is disconnected from Accounts Production, and try the import from Accounts Production Advanced again.
Make sure the Tax Category Structure is populated:
From the Summary page of the client report, select
Import
and go to the
Account Assignment
tab.
Select
Account Assignment (Master Maintenance)
.
Select Tax from the
Category Structure
field.
Make sure the codes are assigned.

You can import tax account assignments from an Excel file.
Download our
FRS102 Account Assignment
spreadsheet.
In Accounts Production Advanced, select
Import
.
Select the file you just downloaded.
Select
Apply
.
Select
OK
.
Close the client and import the figures again
