Open Practice Management.
Enter the person's name in the filter box to find their record.
Double-click their record to open it.
On the
General
tab, remove the apostrophe from the name in the
Full name
box.
Open Microsoft Word, create a new document, then enter 2 apostrophes, which will appear as this: ‘’.
Paste the 2nd of the 2 apostrophes into the
Full name
in Practice Management.
Open the client record in Practice Management.
Select
Save and close
to save the change.
Open the client in Accounts Production Advanced and check the report shows the name correctly.
