Create a list of clients with accounting period end dates
Make sure you've made a backup of Accounts Production Advanced with the Digita Database Back Up Tool.

Run the Back Up Tool on the server if Digita is on a network, or run it on the Main Machine for a standalone installation.
- importantIf your Ditgita databases are on a hosted environment, you'll need to ask your host provider to carry out the following steps for you.
- Make sure that everyone has signed out of Accounts Production Advanced.
- Download our DAPA client list with accounting period end date ZIP file.
- Save the downloaded file to the same location as your Accounts Production Advanced database.
- Extract the contents of the file.
- Make sure that you've installed Microsoft SQL Management Studio in the same location as the Accounts Production Advanced database.
- Double-click theDAPA Client list with accounting period end data.sqlfile.noteMicrosoft SQL Management Studio will open.
- SelectExecute.
You'll get a table containing a list of clients with accounting period dates, which you can select and copy to Excel.
