Create a list of clients with accounting period end dates

Make sure you've made a backup of Accounts Production Advanced with the Digita Database Back Up Tool.

Run the Back Up Tool on the server if Digita is on a network, or run it on the Main Machine for a standalone installation.

important

If your Ditgita databases are on a hosted environment, you'll need to ask your host provider to carry out the following steps for you.

Make sure that everyone has signed out of Accounts Production Advanced.

Save the downloaded file to the same location as your Accounts Production Advanced database.

Extract the contents of the file.

Make sure that you've installed Microsoft SQL Management Studio in the same location as the Accounts Production Advanced database.

Double-click the

DAPA Client list with accounting period end data.sql

file.

Microsoft SQL Management Studio will open.

Select Execute
.

You'll get a table containing a list of clients with accounting period dates, which you can select and copy to Excel.
