Show directors' appointment and resignation dates next to their names on the company information page

  1. Sign in to Accounts Production Advanced with administrator rights.
  2. Open the client and run the report in
    Preview
     mode.
  3. On the company information page, right-click on the list of directors, then select
    Go to XML
    .
  4. Highlight all the XML code, then select
    Delete
    .
  5. Download our company-directors-information ZIP file.
  6. Extract the contents of the ZIP file, then copy the XML code.
  7. Paste the XML code into the
    XML source
     tab.
  8. Check that the
    Report template is syntactically correct
     message is displayed.
  9. Select
    OK
    .
The list of directors will appear on the report and include those who have been appointed and resigned in the period, with dates.
