If you don't have all of the entries in the table, carry out steps 5 to 11. If you do have all of the entries in the table, contact Customer Support for assistance.
Mark the
Override synchronization maste
r checkbox.

For the
Entity Data
Service, select
Digita Contact Manager
.
Select
OK
.
Select
New
again.
For the
Accounts Data
Service, select the Provider that reflects your Digita configuration. For example,
Digita Accounts Production Advanced (Default)
.

If you're unsure which Provider to choose, select one and check whether it resolves the error. If not, try again with another Provider.
