Version 24.0 DVO Registered Email Address — Support Bulletin 04/03/2024
We're aware that for some people using Digita Virtual Office, Company Secretarial isn't showing email addresses in the Registered Email Address column on the Companies Active view.
We're investigating the cause and will advise when we've released an update for this.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We've checked the related areas, that the email is stored correctly in the database, and that it's included in CS01 filings. At present, we've not found that this issue affects desktop installations.
