Version 24.0 DVO Registered Email Address resolved — Support Bulletin 07/03/2024
Following our last Support Bulletin, we've updated Digita Virtual Office to resolve the following issue with the Registered Email Address. If you still experience this issue, contact us in Support.
Issue with Registered Email Address
We're aware that for some people using Digita Virtual Office, Company Secretarial isn't showing an email address in the Registered Email Address column on the Companies Active view.
We're investigating the cause and will advise when we've released an update for this.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We've checked the related areas, that the email is stored correctly in the database, and that it's included in CS01 filings. At present, we've not found that this issue affects desktop installations.
