Errors: 9172, 9200, 3320, 9288, and MD5 when you file computations from Corporation Tax Advanced
Scenario
You may get the following one of the following error messages when you attempt to file a computation from Corporation Tax Advanced.
Error message
- 9172:Box 265 must be less than or equal to Box 830.
- 9200:If the type of company is "0", then applicable tax rate must be used.
- 3320: The period to which this Return's Computation applies does not coincide with the effective from/to dates of the referenced Computation Taxonomy. Please correct and re-submit.
- 9288:The sum of Boxes 690 and 735 must not exceed the apportioned AIA limit.
- 1047: MD5 is not supported, please contact your software supplier.
- Error starting: Failed to initialise Namespace.
- Error starting: Failed to initialise Schemas.
Cause

Solution
- SelectHelp, thenAbout Digita Corporation Tax.
- Select theGeneraltab.
- Check that you have installed the latest version of Corporation Tax Advanced.
- If you needed to update Corporation Tax Advanced, try to file the computations again after the update.
- If Corporation Tax Advanced is up to date and you still get the errors, make sure that the tax logic is also up to date.
