Displaying annotations on documents transmitted to Digita NetClient

Follow these steps to display annotations on documents that you'll transmit to Digita NetClient for use with Document Presentation.

Digita FileCabinet does not transmit audio annotations to Digita NetClient.
  1. In the Folders window, open the {Digita NetClient} folder for the drawer that contains the annotated documents.
  2. Mark the
    Display annotations on documents transmitted to Digita NetClient
     checkbox in the Watch window.
  3. Select OK.

You can enable or disable this feature on a client-by-client basis only.
