Use this dialog to delete an archive.
note
This process deletes volume icons and archive history but does not delete archived documents, which remain in the location in which they were archived. Archived documents can be restored at any time.
To open this dialog, click the
Delete archive
option, then click the Continue button in the Archive Options dialog.Fields & buttons
Archive volumes available to delete
Shows a list volumes available to delete. Select volumes and click the Select button to move them to the right pane.
Hold down the SHIFT or CTRL key to select multiple volumes.
Organize By volume / By drawer
Click these options to choose whether to view archives by volume or by drawer in the Archive volumes available to delete pane.

Shows a list of archives to be deleted.
Hold down the SHIFT or CTRL key to select multiple drawers.
