What should I do if Digita Connect does not open or takes more than one minute to open?
- Restart your computer.
- Verify that no applications are running.
- Start Digita FileCabinet.
- Try to open Digita Connect again.
Why didn't Digita Connect download an available update?
The update may have only partially downloaded during your last Digita Connect call. To resolve this, delete the files in the updates folder and download all available updates via Digita Connect .
