Rebuilding folder links
Rebuilding folder links ensures that documents are correctly associated with user-defined folders after being converted to the database format. Follow these steps to rebuild folder links.
- Choose Help > Repair and click the Rebuild folder links button.
- Highlight the drawers for which you want to rebuild folder links and click the Select button to move them to the right pane.
- Select the Rebuild button.
- Select Yes when notified that the process can take several minutes.
- Select Done to close the repair dialog.
