Merge: Duplicate Document Found dialog

This dialog opens automatically during the restore process if one of the merge options was selected in the Restore dialog and the merge process encountered a document that exists in both the backup and current data with the same document name.
note
The text in the top part of the dialog identifies the document and whether the backup or current copy is older.
Fields & buttons
Document
The name of the duplicate document.
Folder
The name of the folder in the current data that contains the duplicate document.
Description
Specific drawer and location information for the duplicate document.
Overwrite with the document from the backup
Click this option if you want the version of the document in the backup to overwrite the current document.
Add a copy of the document with a unique name and keep the existing document
Click this option to restore the document from the backup and give it a unique name, so that both the current and backup versions will be stored in the drawer.
Keep the existing document and ignore the document from the backup
Click this option to keep the current document without restoring the document from the backup.
Use this option for the remainder of the restore session for this drawer when backup documents are older than current
Mark this checkbox to use the option you have selected for other duplicate documents found during the current restore session for the current drawer. When you mark this checkbox., the Merge: Duplicate Document Found dialog will not reappear for each additional duplicate document, with the following exceptions.
- If the backup data for an additional duplicate document is newer than the current data for its duplicate and the option you chose applies to documents for which the newer document version is found in the current data, the Merge: Duplicate Document Found dialog opens.
- If the current data for an additional duplicate document is newer than the backup data for its duplicate and the option you chose applies to documents for which the newer document version is found in the backup data, the Merge: Duplicate Document Found dialog opens.
