Copying or moving folders between data locations

When you copy drawers between data locations in Digita FileCabinet, you have the option to move or copy documents from only the folders that you specify.
  1. Follow the steps in the Copying drawers between data locations topic and mark one of the following checkboxes in the Options section.
    • Mark the
      Copy documents from selected folders only
       checkbox to copy all documents from folders that you select to the selected destination location.
    • Mark the
      Move documents from selected folders only
       checkbox to move all documents from folders that you select to the selected destination location.
  2. The Select Folders dialog opens automatically when you click one of the checkboxes. Mark the checkboxes in this dialog to select the desired folders and click OK.
    note
    You can click the Select Folders button to re-open this dialog if you need to update your folder selections.
