Digita FileCabinet Pending Activity dialog

Use this dialog to view the status of all pending documents that have been sent to Digita FileCabinet. This dialog allows you to easily monitor multiple print jobs at the same time, and determine whether Digita FileCabinet is waiting for input from you to proceed with the printing process.
Open the Digita FileCabinet Pending Activity dialog by double-clicking the Digita FileCabinet icon in the Windows taskbar. This icon is only visible during the printing process.

Document status in the Digita FileCabinet Pending Activity dialog is updated in real time. When the process of printing to Digita FileCabinet is complete, the completed print job is removed from the dialog.
Fields & buttons
Reset print jobs
Click this button to stop all pending Digita FileCabinet print jobs and clear the Digita FileCabinet Pending Activity dialog. This option is only available when issues prevent the successful printing of documents to Digita FileCabinet.

If you click the Reset print jobs button, you will have to re-send any pending Digita FileCabinet print jobs.
Automatically Scroll
Mark this checkbox to have the list of actions automatically scroll so you can see the most recent item in the list.
