Backup Client to Digita FileCabinet dialog

Use this dialog to enter a comment or description to include with the current backup.
This dialog opens automatically when a client is closed in another Digita Professional Suite application and options have been set within the application to automatically back up client data to Digita FileCabinet and to permit the entry of comments. You can set these options in the Setup > System Configuration dialog of the source application.

Fields & buttons

Client ID
This field shows the ID for the drawer that contains folders in which the selected data will be stored, based on your previous selections.
Client name
This field shows the name of the drawer that contains folders in which the selected data will be stored, based on your previous selections.
Digita FileCabinet
Select the data location in which you want to store the current backup from this field.
note
This is a read-only field if your firm has only one Digita FileCabinet data location.
Comment or description of changes
Use this field to enter any appropriate information about the data being backed up. This comment appears in the Comments column in the Digita FileCabinet list of backed-up files for the client drawer.
