Digita FileCabinet (Driver) Documents / Preview tab

Use this tab to preview documents before sending them to Digita FileCabinet.
If you are printing documents from another Digita Professional Suite application, this tab appears in the Digita FileCabinet Documents dialog. If you are printing documents from other applications, this tab appears in the Digita FileCabinet Driver Documents dialog.
Both dialogs open automatically when documents are sent to Digita FileCabinet from the Print dialog in another application. Click the Preview tab to view it.
To resize the preview pane, click and drag a corner of the Digita FileCabinet Documents dialog.
Fields & buttons
Document name
Shows the name of the document being sent to Digita FileCabinet.
Page name
Shows the name of the current page. To open another page in the preview pane, choose another page from this field.
Navigation buttons
When viewing multiple-page documents, click these buttons to view the first page, previous page, next page, or last page, respectively.
Preview pane
This pane shows a preview of the document you are sending to Digita FileCabinet. You can right-click in the preview pane to zoom in, zoom out, or fit the document to the current view.
