Data Location Stats dialog

This dialog displays information about data locations, such as the current number of data locations, their total size, and the average size of each drawer (calculated from the total size of the data location minus the size of the $Archive file).
This dialog opens when you click the Stats button in either the Setup > System Configuration > Data Locations tab or in the Setup > User Preferences > File Locations tab.

Depending on your organization's security configuration, you may be required to enter the master password to open the System Configuration dialog.
Fields & buttons
Number of data locations
Indicates the total number of current data locations.
Total size of all locations (Including $Archive)
Indicates the total size of all current data locations including the $Archive file.
Total size of all locations (Excluding $Archive)
Indicates the total size of all current data locations excluding the $Archive file.
Stats list for the current data location
Shows statistics for the selected data location, including size (including and excluding the $Archive file), the number of drawers, the average size of each drawer, and the current number of volumes.
