User bulletins for Digita FileCabinet are stored in the $GLOBAL drawer. User bulletins explain changes to Digita FileCabinet in its latest release.
To access the user bulletins, expand the $GLOBAL drawer, and then expand the Digita FileCabinet User Bulletins folder.
