Displaying only the open drawer

You can show only the open drawer in the Folders window. As you work in the open drawer, no information for other drawers appears in the Folders window.
  1. Choose Setup > User Preferences.
  2. In the Drawer List tab, mark the
    Display the open drawer only
     checkbox.

  • When this checkbox is marked, you need to double-click the ID for the open drawer or click the plus sign to the left of the drawer icon to return to the full list of clients in the Folders window.
  • Clear the
    Display the open drawer only
     checkbox to turn this feature off.
