Deleting email signatures

Follow these steps to delete an email signature.
  1. Choose Setup > User Preferences and click the Email Options tab.
  2. In the Email Signature list, click the signature you want to delete.
  3. Select the Delete button.
  4. Select Yes when prompted to confirm that you want to delete the signature.
  5. Select OK.
