If your email service supports Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) protocol, choose File > Send to > Email Recipient, and select documents to send. Digita FileCabinet creates an email message, attaches the file, and enters the following default text into the body of the message:
"The following files are attached to this email."
Your firm can modify this text for all users. Individual Digita FileCabinet users can also modify this text.
The text is followed by a list of the attached documents. You can edit this text by clicking the Modify/View Email Text button.
