User/Event Selection dialog

Use this dialog to set user and event options for the User Activity report.
This dialog opens when you click the Continue button in the Print Reports dialog with the
User Activity
option selected.Fields & buttons
User field
In this field, you can either enter a user ID or choose a user (or all users) from the drop-down list.
note
- When Advanced Security options are enabled, the items in this field is derived from the user list in the Setup > System Configuration > Users tab.
- When Standard Security options are enabled, this field includes all users who have accessed this installation of Digita FileCabinet.
Logged anytime
Click this option to include in the User Activity report all event-history items for the selected users.
Logged within the last ‹n› days
Click this option to include in the User Activity report all event-history items from the last ‹n› number of days.
Logged between ‹date› and ‹date›
Click this option to include in the User Activity report all event-history items from within a date range that you enter for the selected users. Enter dates manually, or click the drop-down arrow to open a calendar from which you can select dates.
Only include events with keyword ‹keyword›
Mark this checkbox to further narrow the range of events that appear in the report by entering a keyword.
note
Enter quotation marks around the keyword if you want to filter only exact matches of the word. For example, if you believe you filed a document in the wrong drawer and you know that the document name included the word "meeting," enter

field to search for all events related to that document (and locate the drawer in which you filed it).
