Use this dialog to print Digita FileCabinet reports.
To open this dialog, choose Print Reports from the File menu.
Fields & buttons
Drawer List
Click this option to choose the Drawer List report.
This report shows drawer IDs, drawer names, drawer TINs, drawer sizes, document counts, backup counts, archive counts, the last date drawer documents were modified, and users who last modified drawer documents.
Sort (Drawer List report)
Choose an item from this field to sort the Drawer List report according to one of the available criteria.
This report shows drawer IDs, drawer names, drawer TINs, drawer sizes, document counts, backup counts, archive counts, the last date drawer documents were modified, and users who last modified drawer documents.
Drawer Contents
Click this option to choose the Drawer Contents report.
This report shows item names, folders associated with listed items, item types (printed document, image, archive, etc), document sizes, the last date each document was modified, and users who last modified documents.
Sort (Drawer Contents report)
Choose an item from this field to sort the Drawer Contents report.
This report shows item names, folders associated with listed items, item types (printed document, image, archive, etc), document sizes, the last date each document was modified, and users who last modified documents.
according to one of the available criteria.
Include most recent <n> lines of event history
Mark this checkbox and enter the desired number of lines in the available field to include the most recent <n> lines of the event history in the Drawer Contents report.
This report shows item names, folders associated with listed items, item types (printed document, image, archive, etc), document sizes, the last date each document was modified, and users who last modified documents.
Include drawer notes
Mark this checkbox to include drawer notes in the Drawer Contents report.
This report shows item names, folders associated with listed items, item types (printed document, image, archive, etc), document sizes, the last date each document was modified, and users who last modified documents.
User Activity
Click this option to choose the User Activity report.
This report shows drawer IDs, drawer names, users, dates/times of events, folders, and events.
