Assigning or modifying a master password
A master password allows you to restrict access to security options and other Digita FileCabinet settings. To assign or modify a master password, follow these steps.
- Choose Setup > System Configuration.
- In the Security tab, enter the master password and click the Continue button. You can skip this step if a master password has not yet been assigned.
- Select the Modify button to enter and verify a new master password (eight characters maximum).
- Select OK.
