Use this tab to add and maintain email signatures that you can include when emailing documents from Digita FileCabinet. You can also use this tab to select the email format and to specify default email addresses for the CC and BCC fields in the Send to email recipient dialog.
To open this tab, choose Setup > User Preferences and click the Email Options tab.

Fields & buttons

Email Format
Choose from this drop-down list the format to be used for emails sent from Digita FileCabinet. The default selection for this field is the plain text format.
Carbon copy (CC) / Blind carbon copy (BCC)
Digita FileCabinet will transfer the email addresses that you enter here to the corresponding fields of the Send to Email Recipient dialog when you email documents from Digita FileCabinet. You can add, edit, or remove addresses in the Send to Email Recipient dialog on a per email basis.
Email Signature list
Shows all current email signatures.
Add button
Click this button to add an email signature.
Edit button
Click this button to edit the selected signature.
Delete button
Click this button to delete the selected signature.
Description
Enter a signature description in this field. When you send documents to email recipients and you mark the
Include email signature
checkbox, the signature description is available in the adjacent drop-down list.

Signature field
Enter the text for the email signature in this field.

Font button
Click this button to update the font style, size, and colour of the selected signature.

This button becomes active when you click the Add or Edit button and the email format is rich text or HTML.
Image button
Click this button to update the selected signature to include an image file.

This button becomes active when you click the Add or Edit button and the email format is rich text or HTML.
