System Configuration / Digita NetClient tab

Use this tab to globally designate folders from which all folder contents will be transmitted to Digita NetStaff or Digita NetClient for drawers that are designated as contributors to Digita NetClient. You can also specify multiple drawers to be contributors to Digita NetClient or unassign multiple drawers as contributors to Digita NetClient.
To open this tab, choose Setup > System Configuration and click the Digita NetClient tab.

- This tab is available only to Digita FileCabinet users who are licensed for Digita NetFirm.
- This tab is not available if your security configuration has been set to restrict access to the System Configuration dialog and you have not entered the master password in the Security tab.

Folders list
Mark the checkboxes next to the folders you want to select globally for transmission to Digita NetStaff or Digita NetClient. Note that selections made here apply to all drawers that are designated as contributors to Digita NetStaff or Digita NetClient.
The left pane shows all document folders that have been set up in the Document Folders tab of the System Configuration dialog. Folders for each integrated Digita Professional Suite application are listed below the document folders. Each application folder is expandable (by clicking the "+" to the left of the folder name) to show the period ends that are associated with that folder. Selecting a high-level folder also selects all subfolders of that folder. To select only certain period ends, expand the application folder to view its subfolders, and select the appropriate subfolders.
Note that the application folders that appear in the Folders list are determined by which Digita Professional Suite applications are used to store documents in Digita FileCabinet.

Click this button to open the Select Drawers for Digita NetClient dialog, where you can assign or unassign multiple drawers from being contributors to Digita NetClient.
