Creating folders in the Private folder

You can create folders within the Private folder.
  1. In the Documents section of the navigation pane, click the
    File Exchange
     link.

    If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to File Exchange.
  2. Click the Private folder, and click through the folder structure until you reach the folder in which you will create a folder.
  3. Click the New icon at the top of the File Exchange screen.
  4. In the
    Folder Name
     field, enter a name for the folder.
    note
    For the Retention Policy, only the
    Permanent
     option is available.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Upload files to the folder.
