Error: CAL message when you file a return in Personal Tax

Scenario

You may see an error with 'CAL' when you try to file a return in Personal, Business and Trust Tax.

Solution

Follow these steps to send a copy of the Tax Computation to our Customer Support team.
  1. Select
    Reports
    , then
    Computation – Computation
    .
  2. In the Computation Report dialog, mark the
    Rate Band Analysis
     checkbox.
  3. Right-click the Tax Computation and choose
    Export
     from the context menu.
  4. Send the exported file and a screenshot of the error message to our Support team.
