Notice to nodeins installation users

There's a potential issue affecting nodeins installations that results in the following error message during installation:
Unable to locate package 'Updates\VS2022_s86'. Please check this is available on your installation media.

Solution for affected users

  1. Go to your server installation.
  2. Copy the following folders from your server:
    • Document Management
    • Integration
    • Updates
  3. On the server, paste these 3 folders into the
    Nodeins
     folder of your Personal, Business and Trust Tax installation.
    note
    The default path is:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Digita\Personal Tax\Nodeins

Recommendation for new installations

We recommend that you delay any new installations until a rectified release is available shortly. In the meantime, the download link will be temporarily inactive.

Exception for critical needs

If you need access to version 24.3 before we release the corrected build, contact our Support team. They’ll provide a temporary download link and instructions to ensure a successful installation.
