Convert a Business Tax Sole Trade to Sole Trade Instance when not Integrated in Personal Tax

  1. Open the client.
  2. Right-click
    Business: [Name of sole trade]
     and select
    Convert to Sole Trade
     from the context menu.
    Personal, Business and Trust Tax will show the following message,
    'If you convert this entry, Business Tax information will be deleted but details posted to the Sole Trade schedules will be retained. Are you sure you want to convert this entry?
    '
  3. Select
    Yes
    .
    Personal, Business and Trust Tax will convert all years into Sole Trade Instances, but keep the figures.
