- Restart your computer.
- Verify that no applications are running.
- Start Digita Practice Advanced.
- Try to open Digita Connect again.
Why didn’t Digita Connect download an available update?
The update may have only partially downloaded during your last Digita Connect call. To resolve this, delete the files in your updates folder and download all available updates via Digita Connect.
