Digita Connect

Deleting and reinstalling updates

  1. Close Digita Practice Advanced.
  2. Delete everything except the data folder in the
    X:\WinCSI\[[product_name]]\updates
     folder (
    X
     represents the drive where the application is installed).
  3. Start Digita Connect and then choose File > Digita Connect.
  4. Verify that the
    Connect now
     option is selected and the
    Retrieve available updates
     checkbox is marked.
  5. Click the Call Now button to download the available updates.
  6. When prompted, click the Yes button to apply the updates.
