Downloading and installing licenses via Digita Connect

If you access Digita Practice Advanced through Digita Virtual Office, you do not need to use Digita Connect.
Complete the following procedure to use Digita Connect to download and install updated licenses for Digita Practice Advanced.
To download your Digita Practice Advanced license files for an
initial installation
, choose Help > About Digita Practice Advanced and click the Download Licenses button. Enter your firm information and click the Next button.
To download your updated Digita Practice Advanced license files via Digita Connect, follow these steps.
  1. Choose File > Digita Connect.
  2. Click the
    Connect now
     option.
  3. Mark the
    Retrieve licenses
     checkbox.
  4. Click the Call Now button.
  5. Follow the remaining prompts to install the licenses.
