Adjusting the budgeted remaining hours for a project or task

You can use the Estimated Remaining Hours dialog to make manual adjustments to the budgeted remaining hours for a project or task.
  1. Click the More button next to the
    Est. Remaining
     field on the Project or Task dialog.
  2. In the first available
    Balance
     field, enter a number to represent the new estimated remaining hours for the project or task.
  3. If applicable, use the
    Comments
     field to enter additional information about the adjustment.
  4. Click OK to return to the project or task dialog.
