Error: Service Provided is mandatory when adding time in Practice Management

Scenario

'Service Provided' is mandatory. The value in field 'Service Provided' is invalid. You must correct the error before this form can be saved.

Check the
Advanced Options
:
Select
File
, then
Log in as Administrator
.
Select
Tools
,
Options
, then
Advanced Options
.
View the entry in the
Value
column for the
Service on WIP
row.
To resolve the error, set a Primary service for every staff member.
Select
Staff Members
.
Double-click on the staff member who got the error.
On the
Employment
tab, clear the
Engaged with all services
checkbox.
Select
New
in the Services table.
Choose the services the staff member provides, then select
OK
.

Press
Ctrl
or
Shift
to choose multiple services.
To make a service the Primary service, double-click it, mark the
Primary
checkbox, then select
OK
.
Close, then re-open Practice Management.

When the staff member enters time, Practice Management selects the Primary service.
