An Administrator account or a role that has permission to work with Tracker Templates.
A Tracker Template.
Open the client in Practice Management
.
Select
Action
, then
Tracker List
.
Select
New
.
Select the required Tracker Template, then
OK
.
note
You can only select a Tracker Template that's linked to the Services the client is engaged with.
Select the required Service from the dropdown list, then
OK
.
Confirm the Tracker tasks and details, then select
OK
.
